Conceptual Materiality

Covid 19 created avenues unknown to me. Lockdown and the lack of material/media supply, allowed unconventional items to be used in making. 
Everyday, ordinary items become something else once entered into the studio.
A mattress becomes, at least, a canvas, a lamp shape is transformed from a 3D item to a thought provoking yet uncertain 2D make, and bread becomes nothing but bread.
